Welcome Back

It has been a long time coming and I have missed you all. But I am back and raring to go. I decided to stay closed until now as I found it too hard and complicated to juggle work and the kids. The guidelines put into place in July to enable me to return to work were not in your or my best interest, so I made the hard choice to remain closed. Things are better (for now) and we shall take it one step at a time to get back to normal and work together in getting you and your body working together again.
