Myofacial Cupping
What is Myofascial Cupping?

Myofascial cupping is a modern adaptation of ancient Eastern cupping therapy. It specifically targets the musculoskeletal system using plastic cups and vacuum suction to draw the soft tissue into the cup. This creates a lifting effect on the fascia and soft tissue, promoting increased blood flow and oxygen to the area. This process aids in relaxation, pain relief, and muscle recovery.

Important Information

Cupping may leave circular marks where the cups were placed, resembling bruises. These marks are not actual bruises and do not indicate damage to the skin or muscles. The circles typically fade within 7-10 days, depending on your skin type.
Please note: Myofascial cupping is not suitable if you are on blood thinners, have heart problems, or have a history of vascular disease.
