I have been practicing in Sports Massage for over 12 years now and love what I do. I am a busy mum of 2 very active boys and like to keep myself fit and strong. I go to the gym and weight train 4-5 times a week and understand first hand how important it is to look after your body. I put my muscles and my body through a lot, and know that I have to stretch and get massage's myself if I want to carry on training and functioning that way I want to.
I am level 4 qualified (currently studying level 5) in Sports & Remedial Massage and have been working in various clinic's since 2010. I now work from my treatment room at home and work with both sports and non sports clients.
