My only resolution is to look after myself and my body more in 2019. I am starting today with my first massage of the year. Well if I'm honest its my first massage in 3 years............. Naughty I know, I tell everyone to get a massage at least once a quarter to maintain their body and mind. I have greatly upped my training and fitness programme and am starting to feel the pain..... The tightness of muscles, the decreased mobility and the small injuries stopping my training. Only little things for now, but I know the signs and what my body is telling me. So, with my 3 year old finally getting his free childcare he is safely at Playgroup and my eldest at school I am getting a massage. Whoop whoop very excited. But first I have a morning of clients to massage myself.
Sore shoulders, aching backs, locked joints, locked and immoveable necks and just general post Christmas stiffness. The heating is on, the towels and oil are being warmed up (along with my hands)
