Key Facts - you should hold each stretch for at least 60 seconds for it to have the desired effec
1/2 an hour sparring with my Personal Trainer, 1 hour of legs, bums & tums followed by some swimming, lets see who can't walk or lift her arms tomorrow.... With very tired muscles I am going to spend a good 10 minutes stretching to eliminate the stiffness of tomorrow.
